General Information

Regular full-time employees with regular benefits purchasing a primary home in the Hanover area are eligible to apply for a Dartmouth Plus loan at any of the participating mortgage lenders. To find out more about the Dartmouth Plus program, contact the participating lender representative and reference interest in the Dartmouth Plus program.

Applying for a Dartmouth Plus Loan

Application for a Dartmouth Plus mortgage is made directly to the participating bank. When an application is submitted the employee will need to specifically reference the Dartmouth Plus program and provide proof of regular full-time employment.
