Dartmouth College has partnered with local mortgage lenders to offer the Dartmouth Plus mortgage assistance program to assist eligible employees with financing or refinancing a primary home in the Hanover area. Dartmouth Plus mortgages allow employees seeking to purchase or refinance a home to improve the terms of the mortgages these lenders make available to the general public.
All full-time employees holding regular, benefits-eligible positions are eligible to apply for the Dartmouth Plus program, although certain program features may have additional eligibility restrictions. Note that program terms are subject to adjustment without notice.

Effective immediately, all new leases will require 90 days' notice from tenants who wish to vacate. The security deposit for all Dartmouth-owned, off-campus rental properties will now be $750. (This policy is not retroactive.) Additionally, for those with permitted pets, there will now be a non-refundable $200 pet fee due at lease signing. The monthly pet fee for the first pet will be $50/mo. If you have a second pet, the fee for that pet will be $35/mo.
