North Park

Primarily reserved for first year graduate students, North Park’s location on a quiet corner of the Dartmouth campus provides an ideal setting for this community and is a short walk to shopping, culture, restaurants and class. Graduate students at North Park can rent a bedroom in the larger 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment shared with three other individuals, or a limited number of 1-bedroom and studio apartments are also available.

All North Park apartments are supplied with basic furniture and electricity, heat, phone, and internet and cable through the Dartmouth Network. Residents have access to a basement storage area and a centrally located coin operated laundry room. Limited parking is available for an additional monthly fee.

Bedrooms at North Park are assigned to individual incoming first year graduate students in the spring. Future first year graduate students are encouraged to submit an application for North Park housing as soon as receiving an acceptance letter from Dartmouth.
