Dartmouth employees who are purchasing a primary residence can use all of Lake Sunapee Bank's standard mortgage loan products with the Dartmouth Plus program, which include fixed and adjustable rate loans, but New Hampshire Housing Authority mortgages are processed independently from this program.  Lake Sunapee Bank's Dartmouth Plus loans can not be used to refinance an existing mortgage and can not be combined with any other specials or offers.

All Regular Full-Time Employees are eligible for:

• A $500 credit towards closing costs OR
• 0.25% interest rate discount on Lake Sunapee Bank's adjustable rate mortgages.
• Relaxed criteria for private mortgage insurance on amortizing adjustable rate program (LTV <=85% require no PMI).
