Dartmouth Plus Mortgage Assistance

Dartmouth employees who are purchasing a primary residence will receive a rate discount on any mortgage loan serviced by Mascoma Savings Bank.  This includes both Fixed Rate Mortgages and Adjustable Rate Mortgages ("ARM"). Through the Dartmouth Plus program, employees are eligible for benefits as follows:

All Regular Full-Time Employees

• A 0.125% (12.5 basis points) interest rate discount on loans for the purchase of a home or loans for new construction.
• $300 off closing costs for first-time homebuyers;
• Relationship Gold Checking Customer receive $100 closing cost discount; and
• Accommodating qualification ratios and loan-to-value ratio criteria.

No other mortgage rate discounts offered by Mascoma Savings Bank may be applied to the Dartmouth Plus program.  The first time homebuyer discount cannot be combined with the Relationship Gold Checking discount.  Discounts may not be applied towards Home Equity programs.
