Graduate Housing Starting Fall Term

Graduate students who want Dartmouth rental housing starting before the fall term and do not see anything available in the current listings are encouraged to submit an application. Sachem Applications are accepted as units are available only. Each application must be tied directly to an apartment from our listing page. Please do not use the submit application button below, but submit your application to the apartment you choose on the availabilty page.

North Park Graduate Housing applications for Summer/Fall 2012 can be submitted up to the time of the spring assignment on or after May 2012.

Rental rates for Sachem Village are currently being finalized and will be posted by February 15, along with corresponding floor plans for students to view. This list will not represent the units that will be available for lease for the upcoming school year, but simply a total inventory of floor plans and apartment types at Sachem Village. As current residents give written notice of their intent to vacate, we will post the apartment on our available listings page, http://www.dartmouthre.com/dartmouth-rentals/ . Each unit will be posted in real time, as written notice is received. This means apartments may be posted as early as February and as late as May. For those interested in housing at Sachem Village, we strongly recommend checking the website daily, as updates and availability change frequently. Please note, incoming students are permitted ONE application per family. Duplicate applications for a single student for multiple apartments will not be considered.
